The other day I got on Netflix and saw the movie Sharknado was available to watch, I had
nothing better to do so I decided to watch it. I am he sort of person that in
real life I am a total scardy cat but I get this thrill of watching scary
movies. Anyways I watched the whole thing and realized a tornado has never even come remotely close
to me. At school sometimes we would have drills but nothing
ever too serious. Just last year a tornado flew right across the front of USM’s
campus, I wasn’t here then. Although I am just "blessed" with the impact hurricanes other people have the fear of tornadoes.
This morning I read an article about the tornados in
Illinois. And my heart really goes out to those affected. Ir breaks my heart
knowing that so many people were devastated by this and lost almost everything.
